The gentleman who worked on our vehicle was polite and prompt and told us what we needed. No unnecessary things. He knows what he's doing and I implore you to consider the next time you need a repair. Pricing is very reasonable.

What a great garage! Dropped off my car this morning for a oil change and an electrical issue. They did the oil change but I have to bring my car to the dealer for the electrical issue. I was expecting to pay for the oil change, diagnostic test, and labor. To my surprise I was only charged for the oil change because they were unable to fix the other issue, they didn't want to charge for something that couldn't be fixed. Because of their great customer service, they will be my garage for any future issues.
Dave and Kevin are honest and do a great job. We can trust that Dave will fix only what's necessary, and that he knows his stuff. My extended family has been utilizing K&D's services for over 15 years. My husband and I bring our vehicles to K&D from Latham! Plus, can you get a better laugh than Dave's anywhere in the Capital Region?!
